What you’ll learn:
Soul Star Clearing Meditation Practice is a gentle, yet powerful self-healing technique that increases the amount of light coming down from your soul into your physical body. You’re widening the energetic aperture and flow between you and the light of your higher self. As you expand this connection, it naturally clears the denser, heavier energies that prevent you from the fullest expression of your soul.
You will feel the techniques working in the following ways:

Why so much time between sessions
You systematically clear all 7 major chakras and 3 minor chakras. That takes time and daily consistency. You practice for 3 months and clear the Central Channel.
Once you finish Phase One, you can:
- Stop completely and keep reaping the benefits
- Keep one short daily meditation (the Centering and Aligning practice) as part of your routine
- Move on to Phase Two when and if you feel called
It takes about five months total to complete this phase of Soul Star Clearing.
